Whether telephone numbers or email addresses – customer contact details are extremely important for many companies. Keeping them up to date is often very time-consuming. Graduates of the University of Kaiserslautern have a solution for this: They have developed self-learning software that recognises and updates outdated data using artificial intelligence. The system is attractive for companies with large address databases, as well as for manufacturers of address and sales software. The researchers are marketing their technology via their start-up company Complero. At the Cebit computer trade fair in Hannover, researchers will present their technology from 20th to 24th March at the research stand of Federal State Rhineland-Palatinate (hall 6, stand C17).
